I started in 2008 at SEONID, a web studio for freelancers and small businesses, where I ran marketing, projects and the team. In 2017 I founded WiserWires; in 2019 I started ZoominSEO, which I still run, and spent most of a year as a senior SEO executive at Paddy Power Betfair.
What changed in the last years is the part of the job that is now automation. I build the pipelines, agents and tools myself: an AI reception that answers by voice and chat from one knowledge base, a site builder driven by a single configuration file, directories assembled from public registers, and the operations platform that keeps hundreds of sites under watch.
I studied the same shift from the other side. My bachelor’s thesis at FSPAC asked how SEO professionals in Romania perceive AI and how it is reshaping their professional identity — thirty participants, eight of them in in-depth interviews.
